At Strapt, we aim to deliver your hooded gym towels quickly and efficiently. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. For domestic orders, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while express options may arrive within 1–3 business days. International delivery times vary by region, generally ranging from 7–21 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, Strapt is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us on our instagram at strapt_co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you promptly.
